Who We Are
FindYes Dispute Resolution Services is a Calgary based firm that provides service across Canada. FindYes was founded in 2015 by Rick Wilson, who has extensive business and industrial relations experience.
Labour relations is a difficult arena, with increasing complexity. Despite their best efforts, Unions and Employers can reach an impasse on some issues. This is a natural part of the process.
Mediators assist the parties in finding ways to resolve their outstanding items and to reach an agreement. If that is not possible then outstanding issues can process to Arbitration for final resolution. FindYes Dispute Resolution Services can offer Mediation, Arbitration or a Med/Arb process that fits the parties.
FindYes Dispute Resolution Services will allow the parties to put effective, durable solutions in place.

Joint Training
Collective bargaining is often more difficult than it needs to be. When the parties have different expectations, timelines and approaches to negotiation it becomes far more difficult to reach a settlement that satisfies both sides. Joint negotiation training prior to bargaining can reduce or eliminate many of these issues and allow the parties to creatively focus on the issues.
